Cannes Film Festival 2011- Part II

Lea Seydoux

-Blue Prada dress: 10/10 (I love the matchy matchy look and the light springy hue)

-Pink Louis Vuitton dress: 5/10 (hate the color and the drop waist effect. The length and shoes are great though)

Short and Sweet

-Angelina Jolie in Salvatore Ferragamo: 8/10 (very cute and chic but with her beauty and star power, she should make more of an effort)

-Clemence Posey in Calvin Klein: 10/10 (glamified hair and a sexy short hemline makes this simple look truly stand out)

White Hot

-Cheryl Cole: 7/10 (love the deep v-neck and fitted shape but that odd bulky gold piece in the front is really annoying)

-Uma Thurman in Versace: 20/10 (Love! She is back to her old a-list style I used to adore. The feathers are fabulous and the pop of green is delightful)

Diane Kruger

-Gold Calvin Klein gown: 20/10 (can you say fabulous?! Diane's body looks amazing in a gown that seems to be dripping in gold. She is my style idol)

Cannes Film Festival 2011- Part I

Salma Hayek

-Silver Gucci Premiere gown: 10/10 (Hollywood glamour at its best)
-Red leather Gucci dress: 3/10 (never a fan of red leather and the bolero is an overkill)

Sarah Jessica Parker

- White Dolce & Gabbana dress: 7/10 (love the springtime white, but in need of less accessories)

Mia Wasikowska

-Pink Valentino dress: 10/10 (simple, chic, pretty)
-Burgundy Roland Mouret gown: 10/10 (fits perfectly and her hair is and jewelry is spot on)

Fan Bing Bing

-Red print gown: 9/10 (such a trend setter! The hair is a bit too high though)

Tilda Swinton

-Cream blouse/Pencil skirt: 10/10 (the proportions are wonderful and those shoes delightful)
-Navy and teal Haider Ackermann gown: 20/10 (Love this! Huge fan of the designer and Tilda is just perfect for this look.)

Rachel McAdams

-White Maxime Simoens dress: 10/10 (so fun yet structured. I adore the flower detailing)

-Tan Monique Lhuiller top and pants: 8/10 (love the idea of this look, very 70's retro glam, but not sure if it fits the Cannes atmosphere. adore the red lip though!)

-Red Marchesa gown: 15/10 (By far one of my favorite looks from Rachel. So sexy with the sheerness and the retro curls. I even like her pointy gold pumps)

Blue Beauties

-Gaia Bermani Amaral: 9/10 (love the long sleeves, but it's too winter for me. The color is amazing however!)

-Karolina Kurkova in Armani Prive: 10/10 (I'm a huge fan of this model's style. Pin curls, navy blue and fit=perfection)

Bryce Howard

-White blouse/Blue maxi skirt: 6/10 (the intention is correct but the skirt is too heavy and mature for her young age.)

-Reem Acra gown: 2/10 (ahh what was she thinking? Looks like she's hiding a baby bump and the color isn't flattering at all.)

Royal Wedding: The Best, The Worst, and The Wonderful

AMAZING! Kate looks breath taking in her custom made McQueen gown. The slimming princess shape, lace sleeves, and modern v-neck is perfect for her and will be copied all over the world for ages to come.

A simple train and small lovely bouquet are accents that bring this dream like wedding to life. I love her sister Pippa's white McQueen dress as well. Very flattering.

Gorgeous green Temperley London dress that Pippa wore to the festivities that night.

A famous 1st (and 2nd) kiss from the palace balcony. It was very genuine and seemed like they were soo in love. I adore that little bridesmaid girl's face to the left.

The bridal party of tiny tike's. I would have died for a dress like that at their age. The flower wreaths in their hair is just lovely.

Chelsy Davy looks like a hot mess. The top and bottom colors of her look clash (although pretty hues). And her hair and headpiece appears thrown together.

Love Joss Stone's whole look! The bright spring color is right on trend and her hat is so fun. Perfect for the occasion.

Very disappointed in Victoria Beckham's look. I expected some fabulous dress in a bold hue, but instead she gave us black and drab. I know she's pregnant, but a dress with no shape is so unflattering. The hat is uninspiring as well. David looks great though!

Princess Victoria wear such a great color against her skin and hair color. The wrapped effect is nice and her hat not too crazy like some we saw.

Marie Chantalmille of Greece wore one of my favorite hats. The rose detail against the icy blue color is great! Very ladylike but still daring.

Miriam Gonzalez was probably the most fashionable attendant there. I love the vibrant red head topper/turban with the sheer polka dot black dress and gloves. So understated sexy.

Love the bold blue hue and the matchy matchy look which is so on trend right now. However don't wear a hat that points right at your bad nose job!

Princess Letizia of Spain wore my favorite color of the day, a dusty pink. This whole look was just so pretty for the spring wedding. I also think the hat made the perfect statement.

Prince William's cousins looked like royal Barbie dolls, but in a good way! All three of their hats are stunning and works of art. Makes me want to be a princess:)

Sophie Winkleman wore black like Victoria Beckham, but in the right way. It's a black look with interesting texture and an awesome disk shaped hat. Chic and classic.

Had to end with this picture. What were these two princess sisters thinking?! The colors of their looks are great but those hats are way too over the top, almost like they're trying too hard. Not good looks at all.
